TAELLN411 applies to individuals who teach, train, assess and develop resources.
Competence in this unit does not indicate that a person is a qualified specialist adult language, literacy or numeracy practitioner.

TAE40110 and it's successor is a Nationally Recognised Qualification and is a requirement for most Trainers and Assessors in the VET industry.
Designed to meet the needs of personnel working within the Vocational Education and Training Industry in Australia, TAE40110 is a necessary qualification for trainers in many areas such as formal training in a structured training environment, on-the-job instruction, conducting workplace assessments, delivering training for an RTO, one-to-one training of apprentices, employment as an RTO Co-Provider and the coaching and mentoring of staff.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40110 was superseded by Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 in April 2016. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40110 still meets the requirements for trainers and assessors as stated in the latest standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTO's) 2015.
We view the quality of participant outcomes our prime objective and understand that different student's have different learning styles and needs.
Australian Regional Training Services is a Registered Training Organisation located in the city of Maryborough QLD, We specialise in the delivery of BSB30415, TAELLN411 and RPL and Assessment Only of TAE40110.
